Before you return a VAM product, please take a moment to understand how our products are made. All our products are handcrafted by traditional artisans in India, resulting in each product being unique and slightly different from each other. Imperfections only add to the beauty of a handcrafted product. The beads and elements may vary slightly. Metal Beads, blue-pottery elements & fabrics are always different from each other. All our products go through a strict quality check before shipping.

- Returns & Exchanges will ONLY be accepted if your order is damaged in transit or you have received the incorrect product. In case your order is damaged in transit or you have received the incorrect product, you must return them in the exact condition in which it was received (unworn, with original packaging and the tag, must not be tampered with) along with a receipt or proof of purchase.

- Only regular priced items may be exchanged, unfortunately sale items cannot be exchanged. You can exchange an item purchased on with the same item or another one, however, all exchanges are subject to stock availability.


- Please note we will refund only the product value, shipping charges will not be refunded.

- If approved, product which is eligible for return and exchange will be couriered by the customer only.

- Return will only be initiated once we inspect the product on our end, In case of any defect, we will refund the product value only.


  1. Please E-Mail at within 48 hours of receipt.

  2. Before you return your damaged/incorrect product to us, you are required to send us a photograph of the product. Then it is up to the discretion of the Studio VAM QC team to decide whether the product is eligible for return or not.

  3. Once our Quality Control team has authorized the return for the damaged/incorrect product, we will notify you to send us the same.

  4. Once we receive the damaged / incorrect product, we shall dispatch the fresh/correct product.

  5. We are not liable for any returns that we were not notified about.

  6. It may take longer than usual time to send the exchanged product.

  7. Shipping / Reverse pick-up / Re-shipping charges for return and exchanged item would be borne by customer only.


Packages lost in transit and we are unable to provide a replacement within 15 days of notification.


  1. Incorrect, incomplete, or outdated delivery address.

  2. After 3 failed delivery attempts by our respective courier agent.

  3. The package refused by the recipient.

  4. Sizing issues. Thus, please review our size guides carefully before making your purchase.

  5. Products returned in a used or damaged condition.

  6. Minor color and design variation. All products are handmade and use metal beads so there may be some variation from the images on our website.

  7. If the jewellery is found not faulty or damaged by our QC team.


We shall not be able to process the cancellation if the order/orders are processed.
