SHIPPING INFORMATION

​

 - Shipping across India will be charged a flat rate of INR 100/-.

​

 - Shipping within India is free for all orders above INR 5,000/-.

​

 - Shipping time may vary as a some of the products are made to order, and each craftsman and artisan’s process is unique. If an order requires any customization, it will take additional time and additional charges.

​

 - Our courier partner will be able to deliver the shipment between Monday to Saturday : 10 AM to 6 PM (Excluding Sundays and Public Holidays)

 - Address change will be accepted if the order has not been shipped from the warehouse.

​

 - E-mail address must be mentioned with the order.

​

 - Shipping / Re-shipping charges for returned or exchanged item would be borne by the customer only.

DELIVERY METHOD & TIMELINE

​

 - All the products are manufactured and shipped from our in-house workshop in Indore, Madhya Pradesh.

​

 - Products, unless otherwise specified as 'made-to-order' on the product information page, will be shipped immedietly and will be delivered within 8-10 Business Working Days.

 

 - Made-to-order products, as specified on the product information page, will be delivered within 10-15 Business Working Days.

 - For urgent delivery, there are additional charges. They will be informed at the time of order confirmation.

 - Standard Shipping : Shipping across India will be charged a flat rate of INR 100/-.

 - Express Shipping : Will be charged extra as per the Local, Metro City and Rural Area.
